THE PROCESS
Our Designs are printed directly onto the garment fibers using state-of-the-art DTG (direct-to-garment) printers to ensure a long-lasting, vibrant, and durable finish. We do all our printing in the U.S. so you can count on top-notch quality from us with every order.

OUR QUALITY PRODUCTS

We use BELLA & CANVAS BRAND for t-shirts with over 40+ colors. These are amazing soft unisex T-shirts that is both super comfortable, affordable, and fit to size. Should you desire a more fitted look order a size down or 1 or 2 sizes up for an oversized look.

BELLA & CANVAS:
Unisex T-shirts (XS-3XL, 40+ colors) - regular fit, runs true to size, order 1 size down for fitted look.
Unisex V-Neck T-Shirt (XS-2XL, 8 colors )- slim fit, smaller than usual, stitched in label
Women’s Fitted T-Shirt (XS-2XL, 20+ colors) - regular fit, runs true to size, stitched in label
Unisex Long Sleeve T-Shirt (XS-2XL, 18 colors) - regular fit, cover stitched collar, ribbed cuffs, tear-away label
Youth Shirts (S-XL, 12 colors) - regular fit, extra light fabric, tear-away labels
Toddler Shirts (2T-5T, 11 colors)- extra light fabric, tear-away labels

SIZING
Take a look at the photos to see a sizing chart for each clothing Style. For best results - lay your favorite shirt, hoodie, or sweatshirt at home flat and measure armpit to armpit to compare to the size chart in the photos.

All BELLA & CANVAS SHIRTS are pre-shrunk, 100% Airlume combed and Ringspun cotton. Some colors and all heathers are a Cotton/Polyester Blend. Most are a lightweight fabric unless otherwise stated.

Our hoodies are made by Lane Seven. They are a medium-heavy fabric with a 50% cotton, 50% polyester blend and sewn in labels. Lane Seven hoodies run a little tight. In the event you desire a baggier fit size up from your favorite sweatshirt measurements. (XS-5XL, 14 colors)

Are Sweatshirts brands are Gildan 18000, which are thick good quality items that run true to size. Should you desire a more fitted look order a size down from your favorite sweatshirt measurements or 1 or 2 sizes up for an oversized look.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
For best longevity wash inside out. Machine wash on cold, steam or dry with medium heat or let air dry. Non-chlorine bleach as needed, Do not iron directly on design. Do not dry clean.

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIMES:
All our items are Printed and Shipped directly from US print shops. Shipping is First Class USPS with rates determined by location and will be shown once address has been entered for your order. Items ordered and shipped to a US address are usually received within 10 days of the day ordered. Approximately 2-5 days for processing and 2-7 days for shipping. Please take into consideration that the holidays may produce delays.

YOUR ITEMS MAY COME IN MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS:
We have a few different suppliers for each of our products, so if you've ordered different types of products (i.e. a shirt and a notebook, or a mug and a tote bag), you will receive more than one shipment. Don't be alarmed if you receive your first package and you're afraid the other items are missing! They'll be there shortly.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
All items are made to order and shipped straight from the print company. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact our customer support team so we can assist you. Only Can Win Club is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or shipping issues once the package leaves the print company, but we will exhaust all options to assist you.

ADDRESS CHANGES:
Due to how fast our turnaround time is for production, we cannot guarantee that address change requests will be received in enough time to make the changes on our end.

As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we have established the following return policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience for you:

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:
Your satisfaction is of paramount importance to us. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective, we are dedicated to making it right. We will either offer a refund or replacement for any damaged products within 30 days. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Simply reach out to our customer support team within 15 days of receiving your order and provide us with a clear photo showcasing the issue so we can make it right.

HOW TO INITIATE A POSSIBLE RETURN:
If you believe your item qualifies for a refund or replacement under our satisfaction guarantee, please contact our customer support team by accessing our after delivery confirmation email. Click on the “Click here to let us know” button. This will take you to your order with the option to report the problem. You will need the following information for a successful return:

Your order number
A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
A brief description of the issue
Once we have received and reviewed your request, we will guide you through the process and provide further instructions as necessary.

EXCEPTIONS:
While we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability, please note that certain items may be exempt from our satisfaction guarantee based on their nature. These exceptions may include but are not limited to:
Customized items with specific personalizations
Products that have been altered or used beyond their original condition
Refund or Replacement:
